Christmas pre-orders

We’re delighted to offer a range of festive favourites for pre-order again this year.

Please make sure you read the ordering and collection process below.

IMPORTANT: Please place one order for each collection day. Please do not include items for collections on different days in one order.

Please submit your orders on the website by 6pm on Thursday 18th December.

Collection Process

For collection please arrive between:

Whitstable
23rd December: 10am-3pm
24th December: 10am-1pm

Faversham
24th December: 10am-1pm

Please note, we will not be able to grant collection before 10am. It takes us a long while to pack - imagine Santa packing the sleigh!

There will be a queue separate from our usual process solely for pre-order collection, clearly sign-posted where you will be able to collect your order. If you would like to purchase any additional items please queue in the usual manner for the coffee and pastry counter. Please have your order number ready when reaching the front of the queue.

If your order is not collected on the day, by end of business (see times stated above) it will be donated to a local charity or food bank.

No refunds will be issued for any order not collected.

Please submit your orders on the website by 6pm on Thursday 18th December.

After this time, you will no longer be able to order for collection.
